Haldimand County Hydro Inc offers a variety of options for bill payments

Forms of bill payments accepted at our office are:
- Cheque (personal or certified)
- Money Order
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (excluding holidays)
Payment Drop Box - we also have a drop box for after hours payments
BY CREDIT CARD
We are now accepting payments using Visa or Master Card through a bill payment system powered by Paymentus Corporation. This service has been provided as of Nov 1st - 2010
Customers have two choices for paying their utility bill using Visa or Master Card:

Paymentus Corporation charges a processing fee of $5.95 per $200 payment transaction for paying bills using this service.
When you make a payment online or through the toll free telephone number using Visa or Master Card, we will receive a notification of your payment, if accepted. We will then post it to your account within two (2) business days. You will also receive a confirmation number when your payment has been accepted. Please record the date you made your payment and the confirmation number for your future reference.

- Haldimand County Hydro does not accept credit card payments at our office location.
- Credit Card payments can only be made by telephone or online.
- Only Visa and Master Card accepted.

THROUGH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION (in person or online)
Your bill may be paid at your local bank or trust company during regular business hours. As well, most financial institutions have online banking where you can set up Haldimand County Hydro Inc as a payee.
TELEBANKING
Telebanking is available through most banks and trust companies, allowing you to pay your bill simply and easily using your touch tone phone.
